products are shipped within 3-5 business days. due to the nature of the product (handmade and in small batches), it may take longer.

for most of the year, we ship monday-thursday. during summer months, we only ship out products monday-wednesday. this reduces the risk of your candles and wax melts from sitting in a warehouse/truck all weekend and possibly melting!

depending on carriers, please allow 2-10 business days for your package to arrive. during holidays or peak seasons, please allow extra time for delivery.

we also ship to canada! we ship via USPS International. buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we not responsible for delays due to customs.
