what type of wax does rhuna use?

rhuna uses a coconut wax blend (no, it does not smell like coconuts).

why does the scent go away after a while?

nose blindness! this is our bodies natural ability to adapt to smells around us. have you ever lived with someone who works in fast food? YOU can smell it on them, but they get used to it and don't notice it as much

if you're unable to smell any fragrance after a few hours, try leaving the room and coming back!

what is "trimming the wick"?

after every burn, there are little black pieces of “soot” leftover on the wick (sometimes it looks like a ball).

trimming the wick just means to take this piece off-it helps keep the candle burning safely! you can use a wick trimmer, scissors, nail trimmer, or even your fingers.

how strong are the candles?

rhuna's products are intended to enhance a space, not overpower it. our candles are designed for gamers in mind-that means "small" spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, etc).

through thorough testing, we have categorized our scents in 3 different levels:

light: ambiance > scent

moderate: designed for small bedrooms, offices, bathrooms

strong: kitchens, living rooms, large bedrooms

*keep in mind our candles hold 7.5 oz of wax. even though they CAN fill large spaces, does not mean they will.

we plan on offering a variety of sizes in the future!

shipping

how soon can i expect my package?

tldr- about a week

we make all of our product in small batches. depending on product availability, you can expect your package to ship within 3 to 5 business days.

depending on the carrier, distance, etc, please give 2-10 days for your package to arrive.

do you ship internationally?

at this time, we only ship within the us.

*we normally offer canada shipping, but canada shipping is temporarily paused*

who delivers the product?

we ship via UPS and sometimes USPS.

i entered the wrong shipping address. can i change it?

once a package has been shipped, we can no longer update the shipping address.

if you have NOT received a shipping confirmation email (different than an order confirmation), please DM us on Twitter or Instagram. email is checked often, but our socials are the fastest contact method atm!

sending a request to change the shipping address is not guaranteed.

returns/exchanges

what happens if i don't like the product i receive?

due to the nature of the product, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted.

what happens if the candle arrived broken?

please send the following information listed below to info@rhunastudio.com to get started on the refund or replacement process (must be within 30 days of delivery date):

  • order number
  • photo of damaged item (with original packaging) 
  • if you would like a refund or replacement 

sending the above information does not guarantee a refund/replacement. if any of the above information is missing, this may delay the process.

please keep in mind: refunds may take 3-14 business days to process. replacement items will be sent out as soon as possible (given that the items are in stock and ready to ship). 

if an order is sent back without the proper process first, it will not be refunded or exchanged.

my package never arrived. it was lost/stolen

once your package has been dropped off with the carrier, rhuna has limited capabilities.
