burn time: 2.5oz (~20 hrs), 7.5 (~50 hrs), 12.5oz (~100 hrs) (if burned CORRECTLY)

due to these items being handmade, there may be some imperfections including (but not limited to): difference in the color of wax, slightly off-centered label, small markings on the jar or lid, etc. none of these things will impact the quality or performance of the products.

candle care instructions

allow wax to melt to the edge of the glass upon the first use (~3hrs)
trim the wick after EVERY burn (you can use a wick trimmer, nail clippers, scissors, or even your fingers)
keep your candle on a clean, stable surface away from vents/drafts

do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
do not leave your candle unattended or within reach of pets or children
do not burn until there's no wax left (seriously, this is a fire hazard. Stop burning when there's ~1/4" wax left)
do not use water to extinguish the flame

products are shipped within 3-5 business days. due to the nature of the product (handmade and in small batches), it may take longer.

for most of the year, we ship monday-thursday. during summer months, we only ship orders monday-wednesday. this reduces the risk of your candles and wax melts from sitting in a warehouse/truck all weekend and possibly melting!

depending on carriers, please allow 2-10 business days for your package to arrive. during holidays or peak seasons, please allow extra time for delivery.
